We are your Conservative councillors for the ward of Hayes and Coney Hall, in the London Borough of Bromley.

Cllr. Graham Arthur, Cllr. Anne Manning and Cllr. Neil Reddin were all first elected in 1998 and each have long and close ties with the area.

Graham has lived all his life in Bromley and spent his childhood and education in Hayes. His wife is classroom assistant and former nurse and both their daughters attended state schools in the Borough. An accountant by profession, Graham is Deputy Leader of the Council and the cabinet member for Adult and Community Services.

Anne is the Heriage and Urban Design champion and has previously chaired the Children and Young People PDS committee. Anne was the Mayor of Bromley in 2004/05 and is also a governor of Hayes School. She is married to Roger and they have two adult children. They have lived in Hayes since 1977.

Cllr. Neil Reddin

Cllr. Neil Reddin

Neil has had a long association with the area. He was born in Mason’s Hill and spent part of his childhood in Hayes and, until shortly after getting married, he lived near Hayesford Park. He has held the cabinet portfolios for Leisure & Culture and Community Safety & Leisure. Since 2006 he has been the cabinet member for Resources. Neil is a Chartered Certified Accountant by profession. He is married to Paula and they have two children and a dog.
