About the Ward
Hayes & Coney Hall ward lies in the western half of the borough, and encompasses Hayesford Park, the Hayes Place Estate, Hayes Village, Hayes Common, West Wickham Common and Coney Hall. It shares borders with West Wickham, Shortlands, Bromley Town, Bromley Common & Keston and Darwin wards, as well as Heathfield and Fieldway wards in Croydon.
It currently straddles both the Beckenham and Bromley & Chislehurst parliamentary constituencies. However, after the next General Election, boundary changes will bring it wholly within Beckenham, and on the border with Orpington.
